The modifications to the trailer come in the form of two brackets that attach to the from
of the trailer with a single bolt each. It took me literally 5 minutes to install the
system on my travel trailer. And, I did it in the dark with a flash light!
Yes, you will need a weight distributing hitch on your truck. It will slide right into
your existing receiver.
