Shock saga continued

Stopped at my local seller of Monroe shocks to inquire about picking up
a set of Reflexes. He quoted me $140 for *just the rears* and an extra
$30 for install (which I'll pass on, thankyouverymuch).

Where it gets real interesting, though, is the fronts. Apparently
Monroe has a part # for them, but isn't manufacturing them (or if they
are, they aren't shipping them).

So I checked out Rancho RSXs since they're basically the same shock.
And found the same problem between Rancho's application guide and stores
online - there's a part number but no one sells the things (as far as I
can tell, anyway)!

Gabriel VSTs are my next stop, I'm trying to find someplace online that
sells them.

If I'm going to have to spend $70 each on self-adjusting shocks, I'll
just go ahead and drop $80 each and get RS9000Xs. I really wish RS5000s
weren't out of the question here.

Or am I just looking in the wrong places?
