Well, Like I said I'm 'guessing' 3550lbs, but the 3800lbs was a state certified weight. Race ready is without the tonoue (~40-50lbs), without the tools (~100lbs), without so much gas (~50lbs) and without the spare (~50lbs). Sometimes I pull the tailgate (~30-40lbs?). Going to the race seats saved me a little weight, driver's side uses stock seat rails so probably ~15lbs, but passengers side is fixed to the ground with no rails, so ~30lbs. The race wheels are big, so they add about 50lbs all around.
Lots of little things, for weight and safety. I pull all the loose crap out (map books, floor mats, pressure gauges) so it doesn't bounce around my feet. I pull all the crap out of the compartments because the noise is distracting (the ash try of pennies, the manual/insurance stuff of the glove box, the CD's and other items of the center console).
All the factory jack stuff behind the seat I keep in a plastic tub in the bed, with some other essentials (flash light, jumper cables, etc.). Makes it easy to remove and get to.
I don't have a great plan for my goal of 3400lbs. I have rules to follow, so no simple body panel changes, although if your not me, that's where I'd start: Hood, fenders and bumpers, rear glass to that plexy stuff. I pulled the mechanical fan off for rotating weight (I'll post an update on that soon). I want to swap out some of the steel shift linkage for aluminum or better. I want to set up a race battery and pull the standard battery in and out on race day. I'll be swapping out the steel upper bumper for a plastic one that comes on some 2001+s. That'll probably get me half way there.

Is 3550# with the spare still in it.. that & jack & accessories behind seat.
What all are you pulling out to consider it "Race ready"? So we can think
of anything else you can leave behind.
