nah, mine were the hard plastic ram heads that had the "bolt" covers on them
for the old 15x6 steel wheels

That reminds me.. I bought a 5th steel wheel so they would all be the same
including the spare and it cost more than my dads fancy shiny wheels on his
2wd..
my wheel was $160 and dads was $110 or so
