Renting out the top of the duplex, its ready to live in. I'm going to rent
out the current place i have (that you saw Mike) actually to a member of the
Jeep club here in Windsor. :)
And i'm moving into the lower half of the duplex, which needs a bit of work
to make it "nice", but it's liveable right now, for me anyway.
I'm thinking that with the big garage going in there at the duplex, i might
build it 2 stories high, and have a bachelour on top of the garage. More
income for me. :)
(But most importantly i'll have a useable garage.) hehe
