Ya, i'm going to build the garage first, so that the machine can be at least
started.
But, to get the garage built (the size that i want) i actually have to go
before some planning committee of the city, and they will decide whether i
can build the garage the way that i want it or not.
Can't wait until i have some land out in the county and you don't need
building permits, or at least not code that is as stringent as within city
limits...
