Get this. Was turning the new 04 Ram Hemi around in the street, got on
the throttle a bit to swing it around. The right rear wheel caought the
curb and the truck jumped a bit. no big deal, but no more power to the
rear wheels! WTF?!? Turns out the wheel hub along with the caliper
brackets sheared off from this little impact with a low curb! Looks
like maybe a crack in the axle casting. Yes! Cast axles in the new 9.25
in rear ends!
Better be warrantee work with only 1700 miles on the odometer. We will
see what Glendora Dodge does!
