I've got a cold air tube and a ported TB, maybe that had something to do
with it. I'd like to get 1.6 RR's and a Flometrics 48mm TB on there
sometime this winter though. I was still running the stock exhaust at the
time, this new one has only been on for a few miles, and those have been
mostly to and from work/the bar. Yes, that number was the average for the
whole trip (about 1200 - 1400 miles round trip) I think my route through
Canada where I was limited to about 70mph (and no radar detector) helped out
the average, although I was able to get almost 400 miles out of a tank.

As far as mods go, I've noticed that for the first few weeks (if not months)
after I do them, my mileage suffers beacuse I beat the truck more... After
that though, it usually goes up.
