I don't have access to a scanner but I do have a '99 FSM that I don't
need anymore (traded up to an '03). Interested in becoming an FSM owner?

On a '99, it's integrated with the headlight. In the parking light and
headlight positions, pulling the switch out turns the foglights on. If
your switch doesn't do that, you're SOL...unless you go down to the
dealer and buy a switch (I have the p/n in the archives, look in
December of 2000.
