New ones are the same price with or without the fog light holes.
The 2001 and up are different from the 2K and down. The early ones had the
metal bumper exposed, while the later one covers the bumper.
I beleive they are in the 250-300 range new and unpainted.
I have a local shop that specializes in repairing these flerxible facia
pieces, and gets 150 for a renovated one.
