I don't know of a plug like that. I would doubt it exists. Get an adapter.
The paper work with the adapter will tell you what the wires on the adapter
do. They are usually labeled on the wire. As far as the head unit goes, try
to get the manual for it. I don't know how old it is, but I think the newer
models tend to use similar colors for the wireing. I wouldn't bet on that
though.
