Is it something about the DML that attracts members to Autozone or what?
Since my current job looks like it will end sometime around the first of
the year and we weren't working as much as we had last year ( my pay is
down over 10K) I started looking for something new. For now, I am working
here in the GM plant for a few more days, but I was also hired for part
time at my local Autozone. So far I really like it, its close to home, I
like the people, I'm learning some new things and I was told I can possibly
go full time after the first of the year and maybe even get into
management. I also plan to expand my lawn car business and maybe go back to
drive school bus part time. I figure that with all that combined, I should
be able to earn about the same as what I make now and without the stress of
having to drive 46 miles one way to work every day. Besides, now I have an
even better source of inexpensive parts to get my 93 running decent and
keep the 98 looking as good as I can.
