Not if the Ram Hemi is a 1500. The 1500 tops out at 8400 pounds towing
"properly equipped" and a GCWR of 9500 (this data is from dodge.com).

As for the power, it's basically a dead heat on TQ (the Titan has a 4
ft-lb edge) and the Hemi has 40 more HP.

 From the numbers, the Titan looks like a contender.
