TQ is what *gets* you moving, and HP is what *keeps* you moving. When
you are getting started, HP doesn't help much - you need rotational force.
HP is only a calculated value anyway, based upon - yep - torque. TQ is
the amount of work done, HP is the amount of work done in a period of time.
