I have an 03 v8 CC 4x4 with manual transmission. On the highway I get about
16 mpg. Driving to and from work which involves almost no stopping and an
avg speed of 40 mpg, I get 17-18 mpg. The new 3.7 v6 should get better gas
mileage and it offers 215 hp. which isn't far off from the 235 hp of the
4.7. I would have gotten the 3.7 if it was available for the 03.
