You bet its horsepucky...these laws are almost always pushed thru by the new
car dealers associations like here in GA. They just want to keep selling
new cars..has nothing to do with cleaning the air.

I think the EPA left you fine folks in Columbus alone when they stuck their
"smog area" labels around Ohio. I live in a county that has no MAJOR cities

anywhere in it, but being 15 miles due East of Akron, we get stuck in their
"smog area." Buncha horsepucky if you ask me.

Thankfully not in Columbus (yet) that I know of. None of 'my' vehicles would pass. My spousal-unit's Stratus would pass, and that's really all that's important. =\
