Go to somewhere like Best Buy and pick up a unit. I
got one for mine that was made by Jensen. Jensen no
longer makes them anymore tho. <roll eyes> I bought
mine when Sirius just started up about a year ago. I
think I spent about $175 total between the receiver,
antenna and fm modulator. Pretty straight forward
install if you wanted to do it yourself.

I think someone still makes a separate unit (Kenwood?)
that will hook into your current head unit. I had to
use an FM modulator hooked in line with the antenna. I
tune to 88.7 and get my satellite radio that way. Down
the road, I'll buy a new head unit that has Sirius
integrated with it.

Hope that helps!
