I bought one a few months ago that didn't have the bolts with it.

Either I got screwed or were seeing DC's cost cutting in action.

BTW...When me and Chad installed my intake manifold, we used RTV on all the
gaskets except for the ones between the head & intake manifold....no leaks
as of yet!
