That it is..
The Stealer wanted 3,500 to do it.
The ma' and pa' shops wanted 1,500 and no warranty.
AAMCO is doing the basic rebuild for 1k. I opted for a new Torque converter,

aftermarket tranny cooler, and the life time warranty (600). If it ever
breaks they will tow it for free to the closest aamco to have it fixed.
Sounds a helluva lot better than dealing with the stealer. I'm pretty sure
they wouldn't honor the warranty because i have the truck lifted with over
size tires and what not.
