On the East Coast (Mid-Atlantic and new England in particular), it's the
phasing out of MTBE and the introduction of gasoline with ethanol which
is in short supply.
As to the MTBE issue, it's an abrupt "Welcome to Kalifornia". Prices
jumped $0.04 yesterday.
