actually uniden no longer makes radios for cobra, that ended like 6 or 7
years ago, now they have radios made by whoever makes them the cheapest,
lots of uniden knockoffs made in China, and wherever, kinda hit and miss if
you will get a decent one...
Uniden PRO series for the most part are junk, they use a WEAK audio IC chip,
that distorts REALLY bad if you turn up the volume to hear it... the better
models are cool....
really depends on what youy want to spend and what features / size you want
in a radio...
I've been in the CB business since the 70's so I've seen pretty much every
kind of crap they TRY to push on us.
