*two* vehicles flying off the ramps & bridges on I81 by Carousel Mall
here in Syracuse 2 weeks ago? They're scraping the snow away from the
barriers (they turn into ramps after being packed by the plows) /two
days/ after the snow has stopped falling. One would think that since
it's an immediate danger, it'd get taken care of quickly, but nooooo.
