Caliper Spreader - $10-$15 at Autozone. Using a screwdriver works, but if
you slip and damage the caliper seal (which I've seen happen), it'll cost
ya.

I always use a screwdriver but I do this way.... leave the piston side pad
in place, loosely replace the caliper and insert the driver where the
non-piston side pad belongs and pry against the disk to retract the piston.
Never have had issues doing it that way.
