No, the R/T's come with a standard PCM (nothing fancy about them). On the
used MP PCM, the '99 "may" work, but they changed some of the code for the
'00 models and some items may not work. Also, if the VIN has been
programmed into the PCM, you're SOL.

Doesn't the R/T come with an MP PCM out of the factory? Or is this an
