Sticker mileage for my setup is 12 city 14 highway.

I am currently getting 13.5 city 18 highway.

That's up 12.5% city and 28.5% highway.

Regular unleaded in my neck of the woods is $1.55 per gallon, premium
unleaded is $1.75 per gallon.

Which makes a gain in a cost per gallon of 12.9% (assuming I can run regular
unleaded to begin with - it gets so hot in Texas for the most part that
it's out of the question, especially under load, so usually I pay the same
per tank that I always have).

Stock hp and torque was 245hp and 335lb-ft.

Current numbers are 290hp and 400lb-ft with (and here's the key) the
associated increase in mileage.

That's about 18% more hp and 19.5% more torque.

Mission accomplished as far as I'm concerned.
