No, not really... You can get a license here in IL at 16, but my doctor
didnšt clear me until I was 18... But that didnšt stop me at all, me and a
friend drove to Montana and back when I was 16 and NEITHER of us had a
license.... Never got pulled over, but should have considering we were
driving a YELLOW 76 Ford Maverick!
