Afraid not, oil is at a record high right now. Couple that with refineries
running at max capacity (supply/demand-when demand is high, price goes up),
and you have a recipe for high prices.
Beer is what is expensive. How about $25 bottles of bourbon? It's no wonder
since that bottled water is $1/16oz. ;-)
