  "Probably"... :-) But I've never looked into it so I can't
say for sure what might be involved. I do have a suggestion
though; the easiest way to accomplish this relocation would be
to try to do it in such a way that you don't need to shorten
the cable. Perhaps just thread it via a more "scenic" route on
its way to the throttle body? :-) It might not look as clean
as a shortened cable, but you don't need to worry about modifying
it and possibly damaging something in the process, and of course
by leaving the cable alone, the cruise control "cannister" can
always easily be put back into the stock location. Naturally,
if you do this, be sure not to put too sharp of a bend in the
cable so as to cause a binding problem.
