Check the tail-light harness for contact with the frame (worn/rubbed spots).

Speaking of Blowing Fuses, For some reason my reverse lights keep going
out. And ever time it does it the fuse is bad. They work for a few weeks
then poof.. Anyone know what could be causing this? Other than a short...
