My LSD self destructed somewhere after 60K , but I always thought the
dealer was to blame for putting the wrong junk in it at the 60k service. I
drove 30k with a nonfunctional LSD and teeth missing from the various
whirlybits back there. at the 90k checkup/service [at a different dealer]
I convinced them to pull the diff cover b/c the LSD wasnt working, and I
was getting noise [doh] ... and surprise, surprise, they found the carnage.
I ended up with a whole new rear axle.
