You can get a copy of the TSB from Alldata (or I can email it to you). Best
way to flush, drain and fill about 3 times (if you don't have a flush
machine) and make sure you turn the steering wheel lock-to-lock on each
drain/fill to clean out the rack and get rid of air bubbles.
Some people like to remove one of the P/S lines from the rack...but that's
dangerous as you can quickly mess-up the pump or rack with that.
