I just went down last week to get that 3.9 from Gary at Hotchkis, and I was
kinda surprised. '95 Sport, lots of miles, From Los Banos down to Santa Fe
Springs, 293 miles, 24.5 mpg. On the way back, with that 3.9L in the back,
25.57 mpg from Santa Fe Springs back to Los Banos, all on Chevron regular.
And that's climbing the Grapevine both ways. I never get less than 21-22.
but remember, his gauge might not be working quite right. That has happened
once in a while, ha ha. Biff Byrum

sure it needs plugs, filters, and maybe air in the tires.
