Well that was something that I was very suprised to find when I went to
Chrysler. I worked for a Saturn dealer for 3 years before that and we
generally had no problems getting GM to pay for a related operation
provided it was within reason. That was one of the first things I
questioned when I made the move to Chrysler what about related labour
operations for warranty claims, and I was told that there is no such thing.
I'd like to think it was just the dealer I worked for, but I don't even
recall seeing any way to enter it into the claims system..
