Hell, my 92,000 mile 00 R/T rc does that on street tires with a factory
drivetrain. The only mod is a K&N drop in.

I have run a 15.24 @ 89 , and the Dakota has clocked a 91 MPH Trap speed
which should be a High 14 Second ET....
