why not pass the fuel thru a Peltier cooler. one could be built for cheap. and the
cooler only needs 12V or 24V. (peltier = solid state cooling 'chip' or 'block'. with
electric current, one side gets very hot and the other side gets very cold. )
somebody had the cool idea of using it to cool down a CPU chip:
