Yup...more than likely the blower motor resistor but check the fuse as well
(if equipped).
On 97 and older models, they still use the coil style resistors (will work
on high but not on any other when they fail - if it doesn't work on
high...there's something else). On '98+ models, it's a circuit board with
diodes and the "only works on high" theory is out the window.

thru. this 'resistor block' is on the passenger side of the firewall up
high. it has a
cable harness that plugs into it. remove it and check that the resistor
