Well, I did some investigating into your remarks and contacted Brenda
just to see what she had to say. The bottom line here is that the
images are not plagiarized and she has the rights to them that were
given to her when she obtained them from the original photographer.

You were correct in your statement that the photos were not her original
work, but they were in no way shape or form plagiarized.

Perhaps *YOU* are the person who needs to investigate the meaning of
plagiarism, and maybe do a little more research into the material before
making a blind statment.

Here's her letter just in case you were wondering where I got this
information. This is called a source if you were curious.

Hi Josh and thank you for your note. This is an open letter and you're
free to post it on your forums if you choose.

In regard to the Charger photos - they were taken by a person who
wishes to remain anonymous at this time, but I have been given
authorization (and because of that - I now hold all copyrights on those
images for the purpose of sales world-wide) to sell/market those
images to publications for the benefit of the original photographer. I
have over 30 photographers that work for and with me and this is one of
those people. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Kindest regards,
Brenda Priddy

Thanks for playing and have a nice day!
