96 DAK stalling and missing problem Help

I have an intermittent problem with my 96 DAK missing. I have replaced
the plug wires, rotor, distributor cap, ignition pick-up, and an air filter
and oil change just cause it was ready. I found this on the website
http://faq.dakota-truck.net/Electronics/gen2_stalling.html and sure enough
it was corroded. So I cut off the old connection and soldered all the wires
together nice new and clean. It seemed like it did the trick. But then 2
days later it started doing the same thing again. It's very un predictable
and I can't seem to "make" it happen. When it starts missing, usually at
start up but not all the time, I'll pop the hood and try and wiggle a many
wires as I can (nothing ever happens) then try and restart it. Some times it
continues to miss then sometimes it will start up and run just fine. Dose
anyone have any thoughts or suggestions as to where I can look to solve this
problem?
