What's the difference between the 318 MP PCM and the 360 MP PCM (more
advance,etc)?

Yes, Mopar performance pcm. The '93 318 pcm would run a 408 but I wouldn't
recommend. Get a P5249517 Mopar computer, that's your best bet and will work

fine in your truck.
