That is an average speed of 57.9 miles per hour. Considering the fact I
ran into construction, congestion, and delays - I think that is pretty
good. Radar detector and CB radio working together both saved my ass
several times. Never leave home without em. Hehehe Also keep in mind
my odometer and speedometer still read low due to the larger diameter
tires. I have not gotten around to installing the recalibrator I
bought. So my actual distance travled is prolly much closer to being
over 1,500 miles. 1477.0 (exact) is what the tripometer reads as it sits
in the driveway now.

Jon, my many thanks to you again for letting the "dysfunctional family
members" come visit you once more heheh. I had a great time as always!
Oh - I left a fresh pair of tire marks on King road as I was leaving
heh - since the morons threw chipseal over the nice smokey one I left at
the BBQ. :-D

Ed? (shakes head) Ed, Ed, Ed... I'm going to have to electrify my
keys next time I come out there :-P hehehehe

Your sense of humor and personality are one of a kind - which is why I
like ya so much! I don't think I thanked you for doing the BBQing - the
burgers and hotdogs really were outstanding! I'm not just saying that
because I was starving at the time I ate them lol.

Walt - I was majorly thrilled that you decided to come down man. In
Christine's absence - you and your '88 I have kept the DML Homeland
meets graced with the presence of a Gen I. Come July I hope both of us
can have our trucks out there and showing the Jeepers a thing or two
about wheeling :D

Jason and Norah! I do hope no Bad Karma was transmitted from me,
through Mike, to your truck... via the attempted antenna replacement!
Thanks for the beer! You have made me a happy man :D Great seeing you
both again. I just couldn't imagine a DML get together without you two :)

Mike - major Kudos on the axle swaps. I'm seriously impressed. The Dak
looks really bad and aggressive now. Anne... my back is doing pretty
good right now :D It wasn't bothering me on the way home - Thanks Anne!
<wink>

Hope you guys will stop by and hang for a while next time you are on
your way to the Twins!

Jimmy Knox! I had the honor of riding shotgun in your truck!
Definitely an experience to remember! We gotta find some place to do a
burnout contest next year. Preferably some place where we won't get
Jon's neighbors mad at him or us, and where Occifer Grumpy won't spoil
our fun. hehehe

I should have my pics up soon - I'll post to the List when they are up!
