Nope, sorry, 1991 V-6 is still TBI. And believe me, I wish it wasn't.

1991 is the only GenII year to have TBI V-6 and V-8 engines. If I remember
correctly, it is the first year of the GenII body style, first year the 318
was available in the Dakota (other than the Shelby trucks), and the last
year for non-magnum engines in the Dakota.
