So it's energizing the fuel pump circuit but then quits. That's to
pressurize the system. Once the engine is running, it should keep going.
Try this, swap out the ASD relay with something like the A/C relay (if
equipped).

the wire from the relay to the pump gets power for a bout 2 seconds and
then no power
