Bill, I went through the same thing trying to put my changer in my 91 CC.
I was almost to the point of having a custom console made up to put the
changer between the seats (I have Daytona buckets in my truck), but then I
decided to just buy a MP3 capable head unit and not bother with the changer
at all.
