It seems to be, and unfortunately your model doesn't seem to be covered
right now. They are definately defectively made bushings, DC has admitted
that. But it seems like they are saying the problem bushings were only
installed on 2000-2003 models. You might have fight with someone over this,
but I think it's worth it. Biff
