One thing to remember, there's an idle-up circuit for the throttle control
when you hit the brakes. Ground problem is the most likely culprit.

Try a new TPS, or IAC--- maybe clean the throttle body for a change? (on the
inside)... Vacuum leak most likely...

Fix that loose nut behind the steering wheel yet?
