Hmmm - I liked those renderings - but I took it upon myself to go a few
steps further.
I decided to alter the images to give an idea of what I think could have
been done to make the Charger a little more attractive, to me at least.
Keep in mind I have limited skills in the photochopping feild - and I
used a very unsophisticated freeware program to get these images
altered. I basically freehanded it all with the mouse.

"Charger_art1.jpg" is closer to what I would have liked to have seen -
something with a distinctive retro flare. Granted - you start to get
into the 05 Mustang styled front end with what I came up with. Hidden
headlights and extending the "crosshair" out farther, would set it apart
from the Mustang.
"Charger_art2.jpg" is what I think I would change on the current design,
to make it look better. Basically flatten everything out - shave the
evil eye arch, off the top of the headlights - and ditch the arched
"truck" grille.
All these renderings made me think of something. It would not be
difficult, given the location of the front bumper/hood/fender lines, for
an aftermarket company to come up with a bumper/headlight/body kit - to
change the Charger into something a little more retro. Personally - if
I saw a company come out with such a kit- and it was done well and with
quality? You would see a Charger in my driveway yesterday.
