It should have the 1 piece front bumper cover. Since it has a street scene
cover on it already, it should just be a matter of buying the bumper cover
and swapping it out.
Did your 03' R/T come with the ground effects package?.....the ground
effects were a late production addition to the R/T option package.
Just be prepared that the stock replacement parts tend to be a bit pricey,
especially for the rear
bumper assy.
Try www.dodgeparts.com , you might find that the parts there are cheaper to
obtain.
Good Luck on restoring your R/T.......not many guy's maintain the factory
appearence on these trucks.
