I'm being serious. While yes, some are much tighter than others (including
even the spark plugs from the factory)...we have no problems with them at
all.

You're right...nobody's perfect, but having the proper tools does help.

Oh stop it Bernd. The factory isn't perfect and neither are the techs at
your dealership. Considering the number of us who have had bad experiences
removing the factory installed oil filter, it isn't a unique situation and
we're not all incompetent!
