Don't bother with the class action, just take him to court, much easier for
you and more likely you will win. Class action will do nothing but pad the
checking account of an attorney.

Has anyone had any bad dealings with Jules A. Glogovcsan at Magnum
Performance?
He has stiffed me out of $2300 in stuff that I ordered back in May of 2002.
If there is enough people out there he owes stuff I would be willing to put
together a class action case otherwise I have to take him to Small Claims
Court. He has offered the parts again now after giving me every reason in
the
book over almost three years why he can't deliver and only after e-mailing
him
again that I am going to take action. But it does me no good any more since
I
have traded off the truck and have been waiting for almost three years for
the
parts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. He made me another offer that he will send the parts and I can re-sell
them but no refund. How can I belive this guy when he has lied several
times
with , "They are in the mail!", "The throttle body is at the coaters!", "Can
you wait just two more weeks!" and on and on. Most likely he is mad now
after
sending the Better Busines Bureau and the Attorney General of Texas after
him.
He will probably send me junk that I can't even re-sell. I live in North
Dakota
so it is a little hard to just fly down for Small Claim Court and then that
doesn't mean he has to pay up yet either. Any help or options would be
greatly
appreciated. I am allmost to the point of spending more money just to make
a
point with this guy. There are no morals anymore especially when he has the
balls to take your money up front!!!!!
