Standard tune-up, 195 degree thermostat if you've changed to the 180,
free up the exhaust (cat-back), tonneau cover, anything else aerodynamic
you can clean up (A-pillar spotlights, for example).

As was noted elsewhere in the thread, rolling resistance is probably
killing you right now. Wide tires will kill you on gas mileage. If you
can't replace them, make sure they're inflated properly, maybe even 1-2
PSI higher than usual. My '99 got GREAT mileage when I had a broken
pressure gauge that read 10 PSI low - I was running my tires at 45 when
I thought they were right at 35!
